ACTIVITIES
Learn
Our 600-square foot studio will be the gathering space for workshops, yoga, meditation, and sound therapy. Each month brings new themes to support you on your personal growth journey, with most incorporating movement or sound to fully integrate the lessons.
Explore
There will be plenty of free time to wander our 20-acre working hobby farm in Hamilton County, Texas. Bring your camera for beautiful nature photography or your binoculars for birdwatching. Tap into your creative side with wildflower pressing or collage, or feed the cows for a real taste of ranch life!
Nourish
All meals will be provided on retreat weekends, including locally sourced sandwiches, baked goods and a farm-to-table style dinner. Gather around the campfire for a sweet treat as we roast our own S'mores (weather permitting).

LODGING
La Adelita
A 400-square foot cabin shell converted into a stylish tiny house. This casita features twin beds, a kitchenette, and a full-size bathroom with soaker tub. The wraparound deck nearly double the outdoor living space. La Adelita sleeps two for $699 per person.
The Mallard
Our 2000 Fleetwood Mallard travel trailer is as kitschy as it is comfortable. It's been our perfect weekend escape since 2018 and was renovated in April 2022 to serve the next generation of guests. It includes a queen bed, futon couch, shower and kitchenette with microwave. The Mallard sleeps two for $529 per person.
Glamping Tents
Three White Duck Regatta tents will be set up for retreat weekends and decked out in true glamper style, with cozy twin memory foam mattresses and essential creature comforts. Each tent sleeps two for $399 per person. Each is outfitted with a Big Buddy heater for the winter.
If traveling solo, roommates will be assigned several weeks before each event.

WHY COURAGE?
"Courage is the most important of all the virtues, because without courage you can't practice any other virtue consistently."
-Maya Angelou
Courage helps us step out of our comfort zones and live the life we've only pined for in our minds. It helps us minimize the opinions of others and stand up for what we know to be true in our hearts.
WHY COMPASSION?
"I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples."
-Mother Teresa
Kindness creates connection, an experience the pandemic taught us not to take for granted. Being kind feels like an uphill battle most of the time but imagine the lives you can positively impact through compassionate acts...namely, your own.
