Chakra Meditation and Reiki-45 min

Service Description

These meditative sessions are focused on the seven chakra centers, using reiki and your own personal power of intention and imagination to observe and clear negative energy blocks. We'll settle in together and I'll move from crown to root, helping you to relax at each key energy center along the way. I end each session by pulling a card to help identify a guide or intention to solidify our practice. Even though the meetings are virtual, the connections can be powerful. What you can expect: -Introductions and Q&A -30 minutes of reiki and guided meditation -Discovery discussion and animal guide card reading -Follow-up email with notes and card imagery I am a certified Level II reiki healer, currently providing distance healing through Zoom. Reiki is a Japanese healing modality focused on aligning energy centers within the body to promote healing. I've been receiving reiki for more than two years and am honored to infused this service into the sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow 6 hours notice for cancellations. No refunds for less than 12 hours, but money can be applied to a rescheduled date and time.
