Join me monthly for these new moon sound sessions. Sound healing is a great way to regulate your nervous system and create a somatic connection. Each month, we will usher in a new lunar cycle, leaning into spiritual wisdom, heart-centric energy, and grounding practices. Through guided meditation, we will set new intentions for the month ahead.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow 12 hours notice for cancellations. No refunds for less than 12 hours, but money can be applied to a rescheduled date and time.
